What You’ll Do
Step into a leadership role at one of our portfolio companies.
That may mean joining as CEO from day one or supporting the transition and gradually stepping into the role. You will work closely with the existing team, preserve what already works, and bring a thoughtful approach to building on that foundation. We take a long-term approach to company growth, and we are looking for leaders who share that mindset.
What We Look For
A background in SaaS or B2B software
Experience managing teams and scaling operations as a CEO, COO or any other operations or sales/marketing focused management role
A focus on culture, systems, and sustainable growth
Strong communication and leadership skills
A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence
